A local who calls Croydon home
My wife, our two children and I live in Croydon South, and we're proud to call this community home.
We love spending time on our local walking tracks and parks, and you'll often find us enjoying a coffee and a game of cards at one of our local cafés.
Living here means we're invested in the future of our community, just like so many people right across the electorate. That's why listening to local people will always be at the heart of the way I represent the Croydon district.
Experience that matters
I work in the public sector, where I've gained first-hand experience of how government operates and how communities can successfully advocate for change.
I've worked across housing and homelessness, energy, skills, disability, schools and health, giving me a broad understanding of the issues affecting Victorian families.
Before joining the public service, I completed a Master of Business Economics after working in a variety of roles—including industrial flooring, children's party entertainment (balloon animals might feature during the campaign), and a year in Singapore working in e-commerce.

Why I'm running
I decided to run because I believe Croydon deserves a genuine alternative to party politics.
At a time of rising living costs and economic uncertainty, communities need a representative who listens first and always puts local people ahead of party interests.
As a community independent, the community is my party room. Instead of taking my direction from a political party, I'll listen to locals, understand the issues that matter most, and take those priorities with me to the Victorian Parliament.

In 2024, I joined Voices of Deakin because I was inspired by its belief that politics works best when communities are genuinely heard.
Their endorsement reflects a shared commitment to integrity, transparency and community-led decision making.
While I’m proud to have their support, ultimately, my responsibility is to the people of the Croydon district, and I will continue to put local voices at the centre of my work.
